By downloading, installing, or using the Dendedo app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Dendedo is an AI-powered productivity and goal-tracking app that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized daily task plans, provide motivational support, and gamify the goal achievement process.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Dendedo uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate task suggestions, plans, and guidance. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is general guidance only and is not professional advice
  • AI suggestions related to health, fitness, diet, or weight loss are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, changing your diet, or making health-related decisions
  • AI suggestions related to finances or investing are not financial advice. Consult a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions
  • AI suggestions related to legal matters are not legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal questions
  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions
  • We do not guarantee any specific results from following AI-generated plans
  • You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions based on app suggestions

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Dendedo
  • One account per person

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
  • Share your account with others
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code
  • Use the app to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Dendedo app, including its design, code, characters, and branding, is owned by Dendedo
  • The Dendedo character designs and artwork are our intellectual property
  • Your user-generated content (goals, text inputs) remains yours
  • By using the app, you grant us a license to process your input data for the purpose of providing the service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Dendedo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
  • We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, financial losses, or other harm resulting from following AI-generated suggestions
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Health and Safety Warning

If your goal involves physical activity, exercise, dietary changes, or weight management:

  • Consult your doctor or healthcare provider before beginning
  • Stop any activity immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • The app is not a substitute for professional medical guidance
  • We are not responsible for any physical injury or health condition

9. Subscription and Payments

  • Dendedo may offer free and paid subscription tiers
  • Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellation and refund policies follow Apple App Store guidelines
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice

10. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app Settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
